HR Generalist (P&C consultant)

Your tasks:
- Main contact for employees and the line
- Support for the line and employees throughout the lifecycle (from entry to exit)
- Drafting disciplinary documents and accompanying during interviews
- Writing work certificates
- Regular interface with payroll services and employees
- Monitoring compliance with the CCT and personnel regulations
- Support for Managers regarding labor law, personnel issues, and salaries
- Active role in health management (conducting various interviews, managing absences)
- Support to the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.
Your profile:
- Commercial training, commercial employee CFC or equivalent
- Mandatory personnel management assistant certificate
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Fluency in French (fluency in Portuguese, Albanian, or Serbo-Croatian is an asset)
- Proficiency in the Office suite and comfortable with IT tools
- Driving license and recommended vehicle
- Strong service orientation and very good stress management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good mediation and empathetic listening skills
