Your Tasks
- Independent observation and communication of therapy success
- Creation, evaluation and adjustment of care treatment planning
- Professional documentation in the electronic patient record
- Co-design of the weekly plan for patients (m/f/d)
- Participation in multiprofessional meetings to evaluate the treatment process
- Promotion of the social and emotional competence of our patients (m/f/d)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or similar
- An appreciative basic attitude
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility and commitment
- Willingness to work shifts
- Experience in psychiatric care is not necessary – we will gladly teach you this
