Position Summary**

As an Operations Employee 100%, you are responsible for supporting the production processes at the Jabil, Inc. site and ensuring smooth operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities**

* Performing production tasks according to instructions and quality standards.
* Operating and monitoring machines and equipment.
* Conducting quality checks and documenting results.
* Assisting with the setup and maintenance of production equipment.
* Adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
* Identifying and reporting problems or deviations in the production process.
* Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Qualifications**

* Completed vocational training in a technical field is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Experience in a production environment is a plus.
* Good German language skills (spoken and written).
* Willingness to work shifts (early, late and/or night shifts).
* Physical resilience and dexterity.
* Reliability, punctuality and ability to work in a team.
* A high level of responsibility and accuracy.
