The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care centre each in Basel and Riehen. What you bring
- Completed training as AGS (Assistant in Health and Social Care) or as a care assistant
- Professional experience in a hospital, rehabilitation clinic or a comparable institution
- Enjoyment in caring for older people and a respectful, empathetic approach
- High service orientation and a good sense of the needs of our patients
- Reliable, flexible and team-oriented personality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Your tasks
- You support our nursing professionals in the care and support of our patients
- You contribute to ensuring individual and high-quality geriatric care
- You meet people with calmness, attentiveness and appreciation, thereby creating trust and security
- You recognise needs and act responsibly and appropriately to the situation
