Your tasks
- Management of the telephone switchboard
- Management of Customer Service email inboxes
- Transmission of analysis results
- Writing and managing various correspondences
- Handling complaints from practices, clinics and hospitals
- Advising doctors on pre-analytical protocols
- Management of non-conformities and file modifications
- Addition of analyses
- Execution of various general tasks specific to the department
What you bring
Technical:
- Scientific or medical training (laboratory technician diploma or medical assistant)
- Good knowledge of common medical analyses, typical results and pre/analytical protocols
- In-depth knowledge of medical practice and hospital procedures with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Comfortable with IT tools and quick to learn
- Good oral and written command of French
- English and/or German would be an asset
