- You prepare operations before and after, ensure sterile procedures and take care of medical-technical devices
- You instrument correctly and assist in a variety of procedures with the most modern surgical technology, e.g. Da Vinci surgical robot Xi
- You take over the nursing care of patients under local anaesthesia and independently ensure hygiene standards
- You coordinate patient processes interprofessionally and ensure a smooth workflow in the operating theatre – from the first minute to completion

- A diploma as a Specialist in Surgical Technology HF, Surgical Nurse FA or an equivalent qualification
- Physical and mental resilience, good concentration ability as well as calmness and overview even in hectic situations
- Enthusiasm for the latest technology as well as enjoyment in working independently and taking responsibility in a heterogeneous team
