About the job
Family-friendliness is highly valued in Spiez. The Family Advisory Service is the central contact and coordination point for family policy issues in the municipality. In this versatile role, you will work at the interface between politics, administration, and the population, actively developing Spiez's family policy strategy.
Your tasks:
- Contact point for family matters with advice, networking, and triage
- Collaboration and coordination with local and regional partners
- Implementation of the family policy strategy and participation in intergenerational projects
- Organisation of events as well as public relations and awareness-raising work
- Promotion of early support, integration, and inclusion
What you bring:
- Degree in Social Work (FH) or comparable qualification with professional experience
- Experience in community work and/or project management is an advantage
- Conceptual, strategic, and organisational strengths
- Enjoyment of networking, collaboration, and communication
- Independent, flexible, and resilient working style
- Interest in social issues and sustainable solutions
