Production Coordination 50 - 60% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an independent and solution-oriented production coordinator (50-60%) for their modern production facility in Zollikofen BE, starting by arrangement.

Your mission: You ensure a smooth and timely production process through proactive collaboration with the production team.

The following diverse tasks await you:

• Recording and maintenance of production data

• Processing of accounts payable: checking, coding and posting of operating invoices

• Monitoring of working hours and absences of production staff

• Participation in standard time recording, calculation and quality assurance in goods receipt

• Maintenance of master data in the SAP system (bills of materials, raw material, supplier and customer data)

• Interface between production, purchasing and logistics

• Active support of the production team in day-to-day business

What do I need to be successful?

To be successful in this position, you bring the following qualifications:

• Solid experience in the administrative field

• Ideally knowledge from the food industry, but not a mandatory requirement

• Strong sense of responsibility and independent working style

• Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written

• Proficient use of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Structured working method, stress resistance in time-critical situations, solution-focused thinking as well as strong team orientation
