For an external customer project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent personality for the position of DevOps Engineer at the Senior level (5-8 years) starting from 01.09.2025 .
Main tasks:
- Developing and operating our self-developed services in the DevOps team
- Verifying developed solutions based on internal and external security standards
- Improving and further developing operational processes
- Conceptual collaboration and the possibility to shape the services
- Advising the specialist department regarding feasibility, variant, and opinion formation
- Close collaboration with Product Owner, Business Engineers, and Architecture to develop optimal solutions
Requirements (Technology):
Use of a "state of the art" tech stack:
- Backends using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Kotlin
- Good cloud developer knowledge (Azure, Kubernetes, Helm, Postgre, …)
- Knowledge in Continuous Integration & Delivery (CloudBees/Jenkins, Maven, Tomcat, Nexus, GitLab, Sonar, Black-Duck)
- Frontends using TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3
- Good SQL database knowledge is an advantage
- DOPZ projects in team X, LBDH
- German: C1 – Expert language use
- English: B1 – Intermediate – Preliminary (PET)
