The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the nursing organisation system of primary nursing. Palliative care is an integral part of our nursing attitude and our daily actions.

Nursing Specialist HF/FH with Additional Responsibility for Wound Care 70-100%

We offer a position at our tilia Wittigkofen location immediately or by arrangement as
- Responsibility for wound care in the residential area and participation in the specialist group
- Participation in the wound rounds with the wound expert
- Assuming daily and house responsibility after the induction period
- Implementation of the nursing process and collaboration in direct care
- Involvement in the supervision of trainees and interns in health professions
- Passion for long-term care and enjoyment in shaping development processes
- Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Further training in wound care or willingness to undertake it
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards
- Varied activity with scope for creativity in an open-minded team
