Reception Clerk (20% mandatory for Friday)
The following tasks are part of your area of responsibility
- Friendly and professional reception of residents, visitors, and customers
- Receiving and answering calls
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- General support with administrative tasks
- Additional assistance tasks
What you bring with you
- Office assistant EBA or commercial employee EFZ
- Initial professional experience is an advantage
- Good manners, communicative, yet discreet
- Positive, humorous personality with a hands-on mentality
- Understanding of the culture in the health or care sector
- Solid MS Office skills, knowledge of Lobos is an advantage
