We are a successful and innovative family business with around 120 employees. As a technical wholesaler based in Aarau, we operate in the fields of hose technology, hydraulics, and drive technology.
For our purchasing department, we are looking for a motivated personality as
Operational Buyer 80 - 100% (all)
Your main tasks
- Execution of the entire order processing
- Daily communication with suppliers (delivery dates, backlogs, clarifications)
- Calculation of safety stocks and optimal order quantities
- Planning and notification of goods delivery together with logistics
- Checking supplier and freight invoices
- Co-responsibility for the support and training of apprentices
- Active participation in the design and implementation of process improvements in purchasing and the supply chain
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education and training
- Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an SME environment
- Good German and English skills mandatory, Italian an advantage
- Good MS Office and ERP user knowledge
- Structured, organized, and precise way of working
- Team-oriented and responsible personality
