YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Co-responsibility for needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the care process in collaboration with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.
YOUR TASKS
- Co-responsibility in the professional care and support of patients
- Participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
- Co-responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
- Co-responsibility in the daily supervision of trainees
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Training as a Health Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Professional experience in an acute hospital is desirable
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
- Good IT user skills
- High social competence and strong empathy
- Great flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational talent
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (Certificate B2)
