Presentation
The Intensive French Program (FIL) of the School of French as a Foreign Language at the Faculty of Arts organizes series of French as a foreign language courses offered during the summer and winter inter-semesters.
It administers a language certification in French as a foreign language for its students and external partners: the Certificate of Qualification in French (CQF).
To complete its team, the Intensive French Program is offering a position for a secretary.

Contract duration: indefinite
Activity rate: 50%
Work location: Lausanne-Chamberonne
Your Activities
In your activities, you will be particularly required to:
- Participate in the ongoing administrative management of the Intensive French Program (FIL) secretariat
- Participate in the administrative management of the examinations for the Certificate of Qualification in French
- Welcome and inform students and FIL collaborators
Your Profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Commercial employee diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in French (oral and written) with excellent writing skills
- Good command of English desired (B2 level of the CEFR); proficiency in another language is an asset
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
