What is my role?

• Responsibility for creating precise cost calculations across all planning phases

• Competent presentation and defence of cost calculations in dialogue with clients and planning teams

• Professional support and guidance of team members in complex cost calculations

• Development of cost optimisations in close collaboration with clients and planning participants

• Review and validation of cost determinations from external partners

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed training as an architect, certified technician HF or draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture

• Extensive professional experience in cost planning as well as in-depth knowledge of cost determination

• Openness to digital working methods, especially in quantity determination from BIM models

• High commitment and enthusiasm for actively shaping demanding construction projects

• Strong ability for interconnected and structured thinking as well as clear communication skills

• Team-oriented working style combined with a strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness

• Confident handling of modern ICT infrastructure and common software solutions
