The Adelheid Clinic with 140 beds stands as the leading rehabilitation center in Central Switzerland for the highest quality in patient care. The range of services includes inpatient rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological, internal-oncological, and geriatric patients. The clinic is located in a stunning location above Lake Ägeri and is a company of the Non-Profit Society Zug.

To expand our team, we are looking for an

Nursing Expert

Nursing

in combination as a registered nurse in the nursing pool

Your tasks as a nursing expert (40% of the activity)

• Ensuring the quality of care in rehabilitation nursing
• Supporting and advising nurses in complex care and support situations
• Conducting case discussions with the nursing teams
• Developing and creating concepts, guidelines, instructions, and checklists for nursing (involving the specialists responsible)
• Planning, conducting, and evaluating internal training sessions in the nursing service
• Close collaboration with the ward management and specialists in professional and development matters
• Project management in the nursing area
• Additionally: Tasks as a registered nurse in our nursing pool (deployment on all wards)

Our desired profile

• Completed advanced training in Bachelor of Science Nursing or a comparable further education
• Good knowledge of Evidence Based Nursing
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a certified nurse HF
• Strong interest in nursing quality topics and willingness to proactively shape them
• Good organizational skills and experience in concept and project development
• Independent and structured way of working
• High social and presentation competence
