Logistics Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) 80-100%

Due to military service absence, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an enthusiastic and committed individual to actively support us until end of October 2026.

• Careful receipt, inspection and storage of spare parts
• Timely preparation and dispatch of orders
• Ensuring the quality and completeness of all goods inward and outward
• Maintenance and monitoring of stock levels and conducting regular inventories
• Optimising storage space utilisation and ensuring order and cleanliness in the storage area
• Material issuance to fitters and customers at the counter
• Recording and maintaining stock data in the inventory management system as well as preparing delivery documents
• Assisting with apprentice supervision

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in logistics, ideally in the hydraulic/spare parts warehouse for construction machinery
• Proficient use of inventory management systems and MS Office
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy, as well as high resilience and ability to work in a team
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
