About the job
The Spitex services Laupen are a non-profit organisation with a public mandate. The catchment area includes the municipalities of Laupen, Mühleberg, Frauenkappelen, Kriechenwil, Ferenbalm, Gurbrü and Wileroltigen with around 10,000 inhabitants.
You work where the clients are at home and love the varied range of tasks. To complement our team, we are looking for a
Health Specialist / Nurse FA SRK / Nursing Specialist DNI 60 – 80 %
Our central starting point to the clients is at the Laupen Elderly Centre. From here we start our tours with our own or the Spitex car.
Your tasks
- You take on responsible tasks in treatment care, such as preparing and administering medication as well as performing wound care
- You support our clients with individual basic care and contribute to their well-being
- You help promote the independence of our clients and accompany them resource-oriented in everyday life
- You actively participate in the implementation and updating of care planning
- The documentation of the services provided and care-relevant information is done using a tablet
- You actively participate in team meetings and case discussions and contribute your expertise to interdisciplinary exchange
Ideally, you bring the following
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, Nurse FA SRK or Nursing Specialist DNI (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the Spitex sector
- Working hours: split shifts; part-time assignments with half days are possible
- You are characterised by empathy, flexibility and a high level of social competence
- With your open, positive and appreciative attitude, you meet our clients and the team at eye level
- For the assignments, you ideally have your own vehicle and are willing to use it for the tours
