The position is attached to the Legal Department , integrity and compliance. This department includes the legal service, the mediation space, and the monitoring of the serious adverse events process. It reports to the deputy general management, which handles the administrative logistics of the Board of Directors, the Board Office, and the Executive Committee.
Job Description
You are responsible for assisting the lawyers of the Legal Service and collaborating in their legal activities (legal advice, drafting legal opinions, participating in civil, criminal or administrative hearings, drafting bills, regulations or internal directives).
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in Swiss law, have completed the ECAV curriculum, and are seeking a traineeship for your Bar exam.
You have knowledge and experience in public law.
You possess excellent legal drafting skills in French as well as a very good command of typing and basic software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
