- Implementation and support of network, M365, and modern telephony solutions
- Planning and realisation of IT projects as well as collaboration in customer projects
- Consulting, instruction, and support of customers on complex issues
- Second- and third-level support as well as ensuring the smooth operation of customer environments
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of ICT security measures
- Several years of experience as an IT system engineer
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Remote Desktop Services, Virtual Desktop, Intune, Teams (including telephony), Azure, and security solutions is an advantage
- Independent, service-oriented, and solution-driven personality with a strong customer focus
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (at least B2)
- Driving licence category B

Responsibilities
- Conception, design, engineering, and deployment of cloud and on-premises solutions- Implementation and support of network, M365, and modern telephony solutions
- Planning and realisation of IT projects as well as collaboration in customer projects
- Consulting, instruction, and support of customers on complex issues
- Second- and third-level support as well as ensuring the smooth operation of customer environments
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of ICT security measures
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology) or comparable qualification- Several years of experience as an IT system engineer
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Remote Desktop Services, Virtual Desktop, Intune, Teams (including telephony), Azure, and security solutions is an advantage
