Your profile
- You have training as a mechanic or in a social craft field, for example an apprenticeship as a two-wheel mechanic, car mechanic, electromechanic, social pedagogue, or similar
- You are a creative tinkerer but also digitally interested, as many of our processes are digital
- You take it with humour when things get hectic sometimes
- You have good manners and an uncomplicated approach to people with disabilities
