Intern at the Sustainability Office, full-time
The City of Morges is offering an internship position at the Directorate of Childhood, Culture and Sustainability within the Sustainability Office. The Sustainability Office defines and implements measures to ensure sustainable development within the framework of Agenda 21: for example, advice and financial aid to individuals for energy savings, promotion of soft mobility.

Intern at the Sustainability Office, full-time
Main tasks:
- contribute to the implementation of various measures of the Morges Climate Plan: carrying out awareness-raising actions for civil society, coordinating measures for the administration’s exemplary role
- support the Sustainability Office in the revision of the Regulations and Directive of the Energy and Sustainable Development Promotion Fund
- contribute to the implementation of the Morges Renovates programme
- write articles for the municipal newsletter Reflets
- support the management of subsidy applications for the Energy and Sustainable Development Promotion Fund
We are looking for:
- holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, a Master’s in geosciences and environmental sciences, a Master’s in social sciences or equivalent training, interested in sustainability, energy and biodiversity topics
- analytical and synthetic mind, autonomous, organised, personable, initiative-taking (creativity and proactivity)
- good writing skills and proficiency in common IT tools
- good knowledge of the Swiss political landscape, knowledge of the Morges region is an asset
The internship will take place at Place St-Louis 2, 1110 Morges. The intern has the possibility to work one day per week remotely.
