- Customer care for tyre/wheel changes during the wheel season
- Preparation of quotes (wheels, tyres, and rim repairs) as well as offering additional sales
- Professional mounting, dismounting, balancing and adjustment of wheel alignment
- Checking tread depth, tyre pressure and road safety
- Managing customer wheels/tyres
- Supporting vehicle preparation
Our desired profile
- Basic technical training in the automotive trade with commercial further education
- Strong service- and customer-oriented approach
- Neat, engaging appearance
- Very good IT skills (standard applications)
- Teamwork, flexibility, organisational talent, reliability, independence
- Communicative personality with very good German language skills, English skills advantageous
- Willingness to flexibly support vehicle preparation and other additional services
