Senior Business Controller 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Business partner to the MVNO division management in all business management matters

• Monitoring and controlling the financial development of the rapidly growing MVNO business

• Proactive monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs (customer numbers, churn rates, ARPU) to support growth and retention strategies

• Development and further enhancement of controlling instruments and reports for the MVNO area (including project management)

• Development of decision-making bases through data-driven analyses and simulations (pricing models, customer segments, promotion analyses)

• Ongoing analysis of business results and KPI developments including preparation of recommendations for action

• Optimisation of controlling and business processes in terms of digitalisation and automation

• Creation and automation of reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders

• Close collaboration with sales, marketing, customer care and product management to jointly manage growth targets

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed university degree (university/fachhochschule) in controlling, finance and accounting or an equivalent commercial qualification

• Solid professional experience in controlling of at least 3 years, preferably in the telecommunications industry

• Profound understanding of key figure-based management in dynamic, high-growth business areas

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as excellent numerical understanding

• Technical understanding and proficient use of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, ERP systems and reporting tools is desirable

• High degree of personal responsibility, structured and solution-focused working style

• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage

• Communicative personality with the ability to present complex contexts clearly and cooperate successfully across departments
