Become part of a well-rehearsed team in St. Margrethen and actively shape the further development and new direction of the location – at an established traffic junction near the Austrian border, nestled between Lake Constance and the foothills of the Alps.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility and first point of contact for employees in the Café Bars area
- Active front presence as a host to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience
- Support the Unit Manager in optimizing operational processes, personnel planning, and internal training
- Ensure our high quality standards and compliance with legal regulations
- Training, motivation, and further development of the on-site team
Your profile
- Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management, ideally with further training in leadership or management
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in gastronomy
- Host personality with heart and organizational talent
- Motivating and positive demeanor, combined with a clear goal orientation
- Strong customer orientation and passion for service quality
- Very good organizational skills and a high quality awareness
- Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
