About the job
Collaborative. Agile. Innovative.
We are a dynamic, committed, and interdisciplinary team in the field of landscape architecture and environmental planning, working on a diverse range of projects throughout Switzerland at all scales and in all phases. We are a team of around 45 motivated and creative individuals who collectively want to shape the future with flat hierarchies. Everyone contributes their part.
Task. Requirements.
As a team member specialising in landscape architecture, you bring professional energy, design enthusiasm, and a clear understanding of sustainable open spaces. You actively share your knowledge, pass on experience, and strengthen planikum with your technical, constructional, and organisational expertise. You work on projects in small, agile teams and take responsibility particularly in the phases from tendering through to execution and site supervision. In doing so, you do not only think in conventional processes but also bring openness to modern methods, digital workflows, and consciously organised project management. This way, you make a concrete contribution to shaping high-quality living spaces for the future.
For this role, you apply sound knowledge in the technical and constructional aspects of landscape architecture. Your communicative flair helps you in exchanges with clients, planners, contractors, and other project participants. Experience in project development or project management, a self-organised and responsible working style, as well as enjoyment of teamwork complete your profile. You are supported by your university or university of applied sciences degree in landscape architecture or landscape planning, at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in this field, and very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Offer. Opportunities.
From summer (or by arrangement), we would like to strengthen our team with an 80%–100% position. Centrally located in Oerlikon, in a modern and versatile working environment, we create opportunities for personal new and further development. With a dynamic, hybrid, and appreciative working style, a market-standard salary, flexible working and holiday times, as well as a 40-hour week, we will find the right position for you.
