Job Description

In this exciting role, you are responsible for receiving orders, providing technical advice to our customers, and processing orders. You handle and monitor orders, conduct product enquiries with our suppliers, and process webshop orders. In short, you are the link between our customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Qualifications

We are looking for a team-oriented and responsible individual who enjoys working with customers. Training as an electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) is mandatory. You have a flair for entrepreneurial thinking and acting and possess MS Office skills. You are used to working independently. Your confident German, both spoken and written, and your communication skills complete your profile.
