Your tasks

In the "Reception and Building" section within the central services :

• Answering telephone calls and forwarding them to the various sectors of the KSVA    
• Administrative management of various enquiries
• Reception at the counter, forwarding to the sectors of the KSVA
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Desired profile

• Federal VET Diploma as an office clerk or professional experience in administration    
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team
• Bilingual French–German (spoken), understanding of Swiss German
