You are the first point of contact for our customers throughout Switzerland and provide competent advice on our mailboxes and parcel boxes. In doing so, you combine active telephone sales with administrative tasks such as preparing offers, data maintenance and supporting the field service, thus ensuring smooth customer care from A to Z.Your tasks
- Telephone advice and support for our customers throughout Switzerland regarding products and services
- Entering offers in the ERP (proALPHA)
- Processing won orders up to invoicing
- Active telephone sales for mailboxes and parcel boxes
- Maintaining customer data in the CRM (MS Dynamics)
- Handling complaints and service requests
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in the technical field required
- Enjoyment of telephone sales and customer support
- Good knowledge of reading plans and spatial imagination
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
- Very good German spoken and written
- French spoken and written is an advantage
