• You manually forward cases and e-mails from the B-CH queue nationwide to the responsible property managers or specialist departments.
• You work daily with Salesforce and REM and ensure that all requests are processed correctly and efficiently.
• In unclear cases, you independently carry out minor clarifications to obtain missing information or clarify matters.
• If necessary, you contact tenants or suppliers in writing by e-mail to clarify open points.
• You prioritise incoming requests sensibly and always keep an overview of the queue.
• You document all relevant information completely and ensure transparent, comprehensible processes.
• You support the property management teams through your careful and service-oriented way of working and contribute to smooth workflows.

• You are currently a student and want to gain valuable practical experience in the real estate sector alongside your studies

• Ideally, you have solid commercial work experience and are motivated to develop professionally

• German is your mother tongue; additional language skills in spoken and written form are a plus

• You bring strong social and self-competence and can manage your tasks reliably and independently

• You live customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy daily contact with various stakeholders

• You have an affinity for digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems and technologies

• You enjoy learning independently, continuously develop yourself, and share your knowledge within the team
