Your missions
In view of the expansion of our psychiatric emergency and triage service:
For the Emergency function:
- Reception, assessment and orientation of emergency situations
- Crisis follow-ups in a medical-nursing team
- Coordination of care within the network
For the Triage function:
- Clinical evaluation by phone or in person of the situation and its urgency level
- According to the evaluation, directing the request towards an appropriate response within the RFSM and the entire Fribourg care network
- Bed management, under the supervision of the head nurse
- Promotion of the RFSM brand image in respect and adherence to the values of the RFSM ethical charter
Desired profile
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ease in managing complex situations
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in hospital psychiatry
- Mastery of specific IT tools for the unit or ease in using them
- Expertise in the Fribourg socio-health network
- Fluency in French with very good knowledge of German, or vice versa
