Tasks

Maintenance of parts lists as well as coordination of line and work plan maintenance for existing and new articles
Planning, organisation and supervision of operational trials as well as initial productions for new and reintroductions
Creation, updating and provision of line, process and training documentation
Ensuring product, process and quality controls including ongoing optimisation of procedures
Support in harmonising processes, systems and best practices as well as promoting internal know-how transfer

Completed apprenticeship as a food technologist or baker-confectioner, with further training at the level of professional examination or higher professional examination
Professional experience in industrial food production
Structured, independent and reliable way of working
Experience in master data maintenance in SAP, especially in the areas of parts lists and work plans
Flexible availability; operational trials may also take place early in the morning or in the evening if required
