The Hospital Network AR
The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the Acute Hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.

In the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy under the nursing management of Mr Sven Lang, Mr Durgut Sulejmani is seeking to strengthen the team with a qualified nursing specialist for our new subacute unit with a workload of 60-100%.

- Planning, implementing, evaluating and concluding the nursing process including carrying out primary nursing with a focus on relationship building and resource orientation
- Accompanying and supporting patients in everyday life and crisis situations as well as creating a health-promoting ward environment
- Adhering to nursing standards and working with nursing diagnoses
- Creating the necessary documentation in ORBIS NICE
- Leading and accompanying nursing-led milieu therapeutic groups

Therefore, we want you
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- You have professional experience in psychiatry, experience in the acute sector is an advantage but not a requirement
- You have a cooperative and solution-oriented working style, are a resilient and flexible personality and able to think in a networked way
- You are interested in close collaboration within the interprofessional treatment team
- You have an open, team-oriented and empathetic basic attitude
- You enjoy working independently and responsibly
- You are motivated to participate in the development and further advancement of our new subacute unit
