Construction Manager / Construction Project Manager (80-100%)

Responsibilities

• You will take over the construction management of projects, primarily in the new build of multi-family houses
• You will be responsible for the project from tendering to commissioning
• This includes obtaining planning documents and creating schedules
• You will also prepare the cost estimates for all types of work
• Furthermore, you will conduct negotiations with companies and suppliers and coordinate all specialists on site
• You will also competently manage the construction on site
• Schedule and cost control as well as quality control complete your range of tasks
• You will always focus on a single construction site until successful completion
• The workload can, depending on your preference, range between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect ETH / FH, construction manager, site manager, foreman, project manager in building construction or equivalent (m/f/d)
• It is important in any case that you have several years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a general contractor or total contractor company is a great advantage
• You are also proficient with common IT applications and, ideally, with Messerli
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss SIA standards is indispensable for this role
