Office for Property Valuation | 60-100 % | Field service in the regions of Chur, Thusis, Ilanz
The Office for Property Valuation (AIB) is organised decentrally at six locations. We carry out official valuations of developed properties as part of revision and application valuations. Our varied activities mean we are in daily contact with different stakeholders such as owners, offices and the Graubünden Building Insurance. The three cantonal languages are also used.
We are looking for motivated interns from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement who enjoy being outdoors / hiking.
- Independent inspections and external recordings of buildings such as mountain huts, stables outside the building zone in compliance with the guidelines
- Electronic filing of the recordings
- Ongoing training or further education in the construction or real estate sector
- Driving licence category B
- Good orientation in at least one of the regions
- Confident handling of modern IT tools
- Structured and independent way of working
- Flexibility
