• You handle service tickets and ensure that our customers receive help quickly.
• Perform repairs and get devices running again.
• Analyze and fix technical errors.
• Plan and carry out regular maintenance work.
• Keep seamless documentation of all work steps.

• Completed training as an electrician, electrical installer, or assembly electrician.
• Professional experience in the service area and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with various digital tools and platforms.
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
• Driver's license category B.
