tasks

• you care for and support the clients according to their needs
• in doing so, you adhere to the guidelines of the care institution and follow the instructions of the ward management as well as the doctors
• you ensure needs-oriented care and support at all times
• the workload can, depending on preference, range between 50% and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a health specialist EFZ (Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence) (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is necessary)
• ideally, you have already gained professional experience in long-term care
• if you describe yourself as empathetic, sensitive and sociable, ...
