Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper functioning of production equipment and tooling.
  
• Provide technical support to production workshop staff and contribute to their training.
  
• Contribute to the qualification of new products, support the commissioning of new production equipment and participate in resolving quality discrepancies.
  
• Lead working groups aimed at improving service performance and communicate with the work environment.
  
• Actively manage continuous improvement projects, products and processes.
  
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of quality discrepancies in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
  

Profile

• Holder of a ES Technician or HES Engineer diploma in mechanical or microtechnology
• Proven experience in the industrial sector within a workshop (Machining / Finishing / Inspection)
  
• Proactive, able to make suggestions
  
• Knowledge of an ERP, ideally SAP
• Field profile, experienced in managing continuous improvement projects
• Ability to lead, listen, analyse, synthesise, adapt and work in a team
