It offers its own jobs and training places in various professional fields as well as residential places and provides support in the primary labour market. The foundation employs over 1200 people at several locations in the canton of Schwyz.

This is what you can achieve
- Support, promotion and instruction of up to eight employees with support needs in their daily work.
- Production and design of own products made of paper, wood, textiles and other materials.
- Creation of individual aids to promote participation and quality assurance.
- Assumption of key worker duties including resource planning, documentation and progress record keeping.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration as well as administrative and domestic tasks.
- Co-design and support of leisure and activity offers.

- Enjoyment of a varied and responsible activity as well as independent working.
- Basic craft or design education with completed educational or comparable further training.
- Experience in working with employees with support needs is an advantage.
