Your mission:
The Key Account Manager makes an important contribution to the company’s success. In this position, you have a lot of freedom to act, personal responsibility, and work in an exciting and dynamic environment with potential for success.
Your contribution:
- Active support and customer retention of an existing customer portfolio through highest customer satisfaction and proactive development of cooperation
- Acquisition and implementation of new customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Clarification of customer needs, solution conception and sale of a broad and innovative range in the areas of office, promotional items, break catering, personal protective equipment and hygiene & cleaning as well as targeted use of services
- Ongoing analysis of the customer portfolio as well as creative and planned derivation of sales measures
- Preparation of complex offers including participation in public tenders
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces and sales specialists in the specialist departments
Your skills and achievements:
- Completed commercial basic training and further training as a sales or marketing specialist is an advantage
- Seniority regarding sales and acquisition experience (preferably in a trading company)
- Very good in German, English is an advantage
- Affinity for various tools and MS Office, advanced Excel skills
- Enjoyment of personal customer contact and strong self-drive
- Negotiation skills, success- and goal orientation
- Willingness to travel and valid driving licence
