The position is attached to the Operations Department . This department's mission is to ensure the stewardship and logistics necessary for the smooth running of all HUG services, in terms of catering, cleaning and disinfection of premises, and laundry hygiene. It also manages the sterilisation service, the biomedical and equipment service, as well as Cressy-Health. More than 1,300 professionals carry out their duties daily with constant attention to quality, a sense of service, and environmental responsibility.
Within the Operations Department, the Cleanliness-Hygiene Service is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting premises, rooms, and beds with a highly qualified team and measures to prevent hospital infections. Waste management, garden maintenance, and road management are integral parts of the service's activities.
Job Description
You lead the modelling, simplification, and governance of the service's data architecture, as well as the implementation of cleaning scheduling software. You define and maintain reference frameworks in collaboration with the IT management and develop, with the service managers, a dashboard centralising the service's key indicators.
You contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation and propose developments in connection with partners. You manage complex and interdisciplinary projects, optimise and automate information flows, and perform data analyses to better understand and improve activities (service volumes, etc.).
You ensure the updating, modification, and archiving of data, coordinate monthly reporting with the administrative and financial manager, explore innovation avenues (digitalisation, predictive tools), and participate in the definition and governance of Speedikon FM.
Qualifications
You hold a university degree (Master's level or an equivalent qualification) and have 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a complex and interconnected environment.
You have experience in project management (business and IT projects) and possess very good skills in data analysis and management: Access, SQL, R, Python, Qliksense.
Strong command of IT tools, good knowledge of English and German, as well as excellent interpersonal, listening, and social skills.
