About the job
Receptionist 40%- You professionally welcome and assist customers, guests and visitors, ensuring first-class service.
- You ensure smooth reception operations, handle telephone calls and emails, and coordinate incoming requests.
- You take on administrative tasks such as mail processing, ordering, ticket management, data maintenance, as well as managing badges and parking spaces.
- You coordinate meetings and events, support catering occasions, and work closely with internal departments such as IT, building services and housekeeping.
- You take responsibility for access and security management and assist with organisational tasks around the site.
- Completed commercial training or training in the service/hotel sector as well as professional experience in a comparable role.
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written (mandatory), as well as good English skills.
- Solid MS Office knowledge and a structured, independent working style.
- Strong service orientation, organisational skills, teamwork and enjoyment in dealing with people.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work approximately 1–2 public holiday shifts per year.
