Do you enjoy taking responsibility, inspiring your team, and actively shaping nursing care? Then bring your passion for nursing and team leadership to us. We are looking for you from the beginning of September 2026 or by arrangement as Co-Team Leader Nursing at the Kilchberg/Rüschlikon location.
Co-Team Leader Nursing 60%-80%
Your tasks:
- In co-leadership with another team leader, you take on the personnel, professional, and organisational responsibility for a nursing team of around 20 employees
- Together with your team, you ensure professional, customer-oriented care
- You ensure good networking and collaboration with other specialist departments
- Occasionally, you take over day-to-day business, e.g. client admissions in close cooperation with route planning and daily responsibility
- Besides your leadership role, you also step in for client assignments as needed, bringing your professional and social skills into direct contact with our clients
- You actively contribute to the further development of high-quality nursing care and are committed to good practical training of apprentices and students
Requirements profile:
- Completed training (HF/FH)
- Further training at leadership level or willingness to undertake such training
- Enjoyment of a varied work environment as well as independent and responsible working
- Networked thinking, high social competence, and strong communication skills
- Resilient, independent leadership personality with the courage to make clear decisions
- Responsibility for the entire nursing process of your clients
- Confident handling of digital work tools (Swing)
- Driving licence category B
