About the job
We have been living here for many years, many of us almost our entire lives. On two floors in a pavilion in the middle of the Wagerenhof site, we, ten residents, rely on the staff of our residential community to accompany us in everyday life. They and we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Health or Care Specialist (FaGe, FaBe) for the intensive residential community Seestern orange (60 – 100%)
Together with your team colleagues, you are there for us. We need clear structures and a regulated daily routine to be able to orient ourselves. We do not like surprises very much and if something does not suit us, we can sometimes react impulsively and strongly. Then we are glad when you stand protectively by us and the others. Otherwise, we feel comfortable and at home and are independent in many areas.
You have already gained experience after your basic training in the health or social sector in accompanying people like us, with challenging care situations or from the autism spectrum. You enjoy accompanying us daily and have already shown that you can do it well. You are authentic and keep a cool head even in heated situations. You can also set boundaries well, find independent solutions and appreciate working in a team.
