Global Process Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are responsible for optimising and standardising production processes at various international locations. You develop global process guidelines and ensure their implementation. In doing so, you analyse existing workflows, identify potential improvements, and implement efficiency enhancements. You work closely with local teams and support the introduction of new technologies and methods. Documenting best practices and training employees are also part of your duties. You coordinate cross-site projects and ensure that quality standards are maintained worldwide.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in process optimisation, ideally in an international environment

• Sound knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, or similar methods

• Experience in project management and change management

• Willingness to travel for regular visits to international sites

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an advantage

• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working

• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
