Main missions:
- Lead and deliver challenging ServiceNow projects "” from enterprise-wide implementations to targeted advisory engagements.
- Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with international, highly experienced colleagues on client delivery, business development, and practice growth.
- Expand your professional network by partnering with teams across different service lines and global offices.
Your profile:
- At least 6 years of experience managing and leading ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, or IRM.
- Proven background in management consulting and technical project delivery, with the ability to resolve delivery challenges and shape solution design.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and experience leading design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles.
- Solid project management capabilities, including financial oversight and resource coordination.
- Experience working with distributed delivery models, including near-shore and off-shore teams.
