About the job
Would you like to accompany children and adolescents over the long term and be able to focus on medical care? Are you looking for a modern practice with strong personnel support, flexible working models, and room for co-creation?
This modern paediatric practice offers comprehensive outpatient care for children and adolescents – from check-ups and vaccinations to developmental assessments and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
A special focus is on holistic family care. In addition to classic paediatric care, there are close collaborations with professionals from related fields, enabling children to receive developmental and socio-educational support if needed.
Thanks to excellent personnel support and clear practice structures, the administrative burden for doctors remains low. The modern infrastructure, several treatment rooms, and the central location within a medical environment create attractive conditions for a long-term role in outpatient paediatrics.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent care of children and adolescents in an outpatient setting
- Basic paediatric care as well as treatment of acute illnesses
- Conducting check-ups and developmental assessments
- Supporting and advising families
- Interdisciplinary exchange with professionals and referrers

Your skills:
- Specialist title in paediatrics (FMH or MEBEKO recognised)
- Enjoyment of outpatient paediatrics and family-centred care
- Independent and responsible working style

- Interest in a long-term collaboration
Your benefits:
- Flexible workload between 50 and 100%
- Modern and spacious practice infrastructure
- Very low administrative burden
- High personnel support in daily practice
- Collegial and appreciative working environment
- Opportunity to co-create and further develop the services
