Your contribution to the company
- Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by phone or at the reception when they come to the agency
- Support for insurance advisors in making appointments and finding solutions for their clients
- Drafting offers and insurance proposals
- Close and ongoing contact with the agency's advisory teams for all administrative questions
- Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA's regional headquarters for all administrative matters

Your skills and talents
- You have a commercial employee diploma and professional experience in private insurance, ideally with an "AFA Intermediate Insurance Diploma"
- Your interest in consulting and sales is strong, and your motivation to train on our products and internal processes is high
- Your personality is service-oriented, and you have an ease in contacts with others. You seek solutions for each of your interlocutors and can adapt to any situation
- With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable, flexible, and have ease in contacts with others as well as an excellent team spirit
- You are fluent in French both orally and in writing; any other language is an additional asset
- You reside in our area of activity and have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
- You are comfortable with common computer systems as well as learning new digital tools
