Specialist BVG Benefits (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a claims administrator for BVG benefits, you assess and process various claims related to old age, death, and disability, including preliminary benefits. You handle these cases technically and efficiently calculate complex, retroactive calculations with system support accurately. Your responsibilities also include data mutations, revisions, benefit accounting, and processing of pension recoveries.

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a person with a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in the benefits area of a social insurance or pension institution. You are fluent in German, both spoken and written. As a customer-oriented personality, you are characterised by interconnected thinking, curiosity, and willingness to learn. You communicate clearly and appropriately for the target audience and address concerns with a solution-oriented and appreciative attitude.
