To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, strong leadership personality asTo strengthen our management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, strong leadership personality asHead of Finance/Services (m/f/d) 80 - 100%What you will doAs a member of the management team, you are responsible for all financial business of the St.Gallen municipal utilities and ensure the financial, personnel, and infrastructural foundations for the sustainable success of our organization. You take overall responsibility for the Finance and Services division (finance and accounting, controlling, materials management and strategic purchasing, facility management, and human resources) with around 35 employees and actively participate in the strategy process as well as in the implementation of management decisions. For RWSG Regional Water Supply St. Gallen and the energy network GSG AG, you also ensure all financial business. You promote a trusting and sustainable, modern corporate culture both within the team and the management. The continuous development of structures and processes including digitalization rounds off your area of responsibility. What you bring with youA completed business administration degree (university/FH) with a focus on finance or controlling forms the basis to competently carry out the function. Solid experience in a medium-sized environment as well as practical experience in consolidation, reporting, process design, and interfaces to ERP/IT strengthen your effectiveness in everyday work. A cooperative leadership style, high goal orientation, and strong integration skills help you effectively lead a team and maintain focus even in dynamic phases. Through your communicative personality and strategic skills, you are able to establish your area both in terms of content and culture as a service-oriented unit.
